2025 School Refund Policy:

You may apply to receive a refund when your child misses camp because their school starts before the end of the conclusion of Session 2. For each day your child misses camp for this reason, Camp Kee Tov will issue you a refund equal to your daily camp tuition.

Refunds are not available for days missed due to family vacations, illness or other conflicts.

All school refunds must be requested before September 2, 2025. Please email campkeetov@bethelberkeley.org to request a school refund. You will not receive a school refund unless a request has been submitted by September 2.


Deposit and Refund Policy:

The $50/per camper application fees are non-refundable and required to hold your camper’s spot. Your $100/per camper deposit and tuition fees are refundable until April 2nd, 2025. Fees are only refundable after April 2nd, 2025 in the event of a medical or family emergency that makes attendance at Camp Kee Tov impossible.

*If you cancel after April 2nd, 2025 but we are able to fill your spot before the start of the session, we will fully refund you except the non-refundable $50 application fee.

Outstanding balance must be paid (or payment plan agreed upon) the week before the session begins.
